Teen Coaching

Meet Our Teen Coaches

Hello! My name is Kiersten Lindahl, MS. I have a master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Portland State University and specialized training in ADHD Coaching. I help teenagers and their families develop a toolkit to use for managing ADHD. I work with my clients on time management, self-care, emotion-regulation, study tools, and helping them advocate for what they need in the school setting. I aim to provide a warm, nonjudgmental, safe space to explore the challenges and strengths of ADHD. Together, we will address your concerns and help you achieve your academic and personal goals. During my off time, I enjoy road trips around the PNW, nature walks with my pup, and binge watching television :)

Hi! I’m Lindsay Day, MS, LPC.  I have a master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Portland State University, am licensed as a Professional Counselor, and have specialized training in ADHD Coaching. I enjoy working with teens and families with the struggles that come with having ADHD. My hope is to help introduce strategies to help clients feel successful and in control of their learning in a personalized way that works best for them. My goal is to coach clients in building confidence, time management skills, and mitigate any hinderances for school performance and life responsibilities. I see each client as having their own unique experiences with ADHD and it’s my job to work collaboratively to find their own unique strategies and tools.
